⬚ Hall - $200 Includes tables & chairs.
⬚ Pavilion 1 Large - $200 Includes picnic tables & spools.
⬚ Pavilion 2 Small - $200 Includes picnic tables & spools.
⬚ BBQ Pit - $150
⬚ Kitchen - Additional $50
⬚ Full Facility Rental - $500 Hall, Kitchen, Pavilion, and BBQ Pit
⬚ Additional Hours - $35.00 per hour
⬚ Garbage Fee - $150 (50 or more attendees)
⬚ Tables - $5.00 per table
⬚ Chairs - Metal .50¢ ea. / White Plastic $2.50 ea.
Outdoor rentals of 50 or less, indoor restroom usage included; over 50, porta potties must be rented.
NOTICE: Full facility rentals, rentals with greater than 50 attendees and/or rentals where alcohol is served:
- Certificate of insurance listing Fleetville Volunteer Fire Company of Benton Township
as also insured required. - The renter will provide portable toilets (due to septic system limitations).
- A dumpster fee is mandatory, or additional dumpster service is needed.
- The renter is responsible for meeting all Liquor Control Board licensing requirements.
The rental application and a copy of your driver's license or ID, security deposit, and insurance (if applicable) are required.
Rental and security deposits are accepted in cash or check.
